We Connect Pricing

The Independent support workers registered on We Connect set their own hourly rates – shown on their profiles, so you can choose the independent support worker and the rate that best suits your needs.

Customers and Independent support workers communicate directly to agree the rate and schedule of care and support required before confirming bookings.

Once agreement has been reached, We Connect organises the invoicing. Customers requiring support pay the rate agreed with the Independent contractor plus 5%, while the Independent Support Worker receives the agreed rate less 10%.
